How many people can sleep at Palais Anthea?

Do you accept children?
Children of all ages are welcome at Palais Anthea, baby beds and high chairs are provided at the villa if needed. However, please note that our pool is not fenced; therefore, young children must be supervised at all times and remain under your responsibility. Childcare services can be arranged upon request (for an additional fee).

What are the house rules?
Arrival hugs begin from 3:00 PM, and our farewells gently start before noon at 12:00 PM. If your heart desires an early embrace or a lingering goodbye, we're here to make it happen at no extra cost, as long as our booking calendar joins us in saying 'Yes!' Your time with us is not just a stay; it's a collection of precious moments. Let's synchronize our clocks to your rhythm for a truly delightful experience.
At Palais Anthea, the day unfolds with a heartwarming continental breakfast, served with love from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Your preferences are our melody, so please serenade us with any special requests or allergies in advance, and we'll compose a symphony of flavors just for you. Beverages are available à la carte. If you want to bring alcoholic beverages for consumption on-site during your stay, a corkage fee of 30% will be applied.
Special orders for drinks and snacks from local suppliers can also be arranged by our team upon request, in advance, with additional fees based on the order.
We assist you in organizing your stay, both before your arrival and during your stay. We offer a wide range of experiences, and each stay is personalized according to our guests preferences. We reserve the right to engage carefully selected subcontractors.
Palais Anthea and its content must be treated with care. Our guests are responsible for any potential damages caused by themselves or the people accompanying them. Any issues found during your stay should be reported immediately to our operational manager.
Upon arrival, all individuals staying at Palais Anthea must present their passport and complete the information forms required by moroccan authorities.
Prostitution & drugs are strictly prohibited in Morocco, and we reserve the right to deny access to our property, ask our guests and their companions to leave, or take any other action we deem appropriate if we suspect illegal behavior, with no refund.
What are your booking conditions?
To confirm your reservation, you must pay a 40% deposit of the total privatization amount immediately after signing the contract.
The balance, 60% of the total privatization amount, is due not later than 30 days before your arrival. If the balance is not paid 30 days before your arrival, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
For any requests made less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total privatization amount is due to confirm your reservation.
Payments for reservations must be made by bank transfer.
Supplementary services must be settled before your departure. On-site, we accept payments by credit card - VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX - and in cash.
Upon arrival, a sum of 10% of the total amount will be pre-authorized on your credit card as a security deposit to cover any damages and/or property and furniture damage during your reservation. If you (or the people accompanying you) are responsible for damages and/or damage, we will assess the damage with you before your departure and determine the precise amount to be deducted from your credit card on the day of your departure.
Checks are not accepted, only certified checks are accepted.
By confirming your reservation, you agree that certain services available on-site may differ from the descriptions provided on our website and in any brochures or other materials available at the time of your reservation confirmation.
Any reservation is nominative and cannot be transferred to a third party, except with the express agreement between the reservation holder and Palais Anthea
